Halloween Fun

Halloween has been celebrated for weeks here at the Wilkins' home.  Play dates were had filled with dance parties to Michael Jackson's "Thriller".
There was a preschool "Harvest Party" that included performances from all children, except our super shy Lukie, who stood at attention the entire time.

Grant got to wear two costumes this year, as there were no monsters allowed at the preschool party.
Mothers (stupid enough to volunteer to be the room parent) may have spent time making witches hat cookies until the wee hours of the morn.
And classroom decorations, too.
There was an elementary school parade and party, complete with toilet paper mummy wraps.
There was a jack-o-lantern creation night.
Jackson did a lot of the work on his pumpkin himself.
The finished product.
The big night brought a spooky dinner.
The trick-or-treating was fun for most.  Jackson ran ahead with his crew of boys.  Grant had a blast and ran to every house.  Luke was done talking to strangers after five houses.
There were leaf piles to jump in and to throw.
Happy Halloween 2011!

Well I must say that the boys look so happy and this is their favorite Holiday it looks like. The pictures come from a great camera and look very professional. Very nice Denise. How did Jackson do such a great job on that pumpkin? Costumes look nice. And the hotdogs look so yummy mmmmmmmmm.

Those are awesome photos Denise! Fall leaves and Halloween costumes are the best for pictures. Unfortunately we get Halloween and then 2 months later the leaves.
